No. An inquiry allows us to review your event and confirm availability. Your date is not reserved until the agreement is signed and the required retainer is received.

Yes. We'll discuss available upgrades, customizations, and add-ons during the planning process.
Can I request customizations or add-ons?
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
When is the remaining balance due?
Once we’ve confirmed availability and finalized your event details, you’ll receive an event agreement. Your date is secured once the agreement is signed and the 50% retainer is received.
